Shipping Policy

Andoo Demo Store ships home & living products to our customers using vetted fulfilment partners.

Processing time. Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of payment. Because items are sourced on demand from our supplier network, please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch.

Delivery time. Typical delivery is 7-18 business days depending on destination. Remote destinations may take longer.

Tracking. A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can follow it any time from your order status page.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
