Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Andoo Demo Store.

30-day window. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective or not as described.

Item not received. If tracking has not updated for 20 business days, contact us and we will either reship or refund you in full.

Wrong or damaged item. Send a photo of the item and its packaging and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

How to start a claim. Open a request from your order page or email demo@andoowork.com with your order number. We answer within 1 business day and resolve most claims within 5 business days.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post them within 5-10 business days.
